Exchange and Return
We have a 14-day exchange and return policy.
If you want to exchange the product for another product or change the size of the product, you must always return the product and place a new order. You can place a new order immediately.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your invoice or Klarna will refund the payment you have already made.
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return the product and we will refund your invoice or Klarna will refund the payment you have already made.
If the value of the order before the return was over €30 and after the return it is less than €30, a delivery fee of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund in accordance with our normal delivery terms.
The refund is done like this:
Send us an email (info@bonosta.fi) stating that you want to return the product. It would be good if you also tell us the reason for the return so that we can develop our product range in the right direction in the future. Of course, telling us the reason is not mandatory.
Pack the product in the packaging materials we use. Use the same
envelope/box as in our shipment.
Please put our return address in the recipient field (in the middle of the envelope):

You will need to pay the return postage. For deliveries under 50g it
is 2.75e and for deliveries under 250g it is 5.50e. If the return
